CMNG (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides automation tools for scheduling, reminders, and communication. We collect and use:

  • Business information provided by the owner.
  • Client contact details for scheduling.
  • Google Calendar data to create, update, and manage appointments.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

CMNG’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Usage & Security

Data is used only to operate CMNG. We do not sell or share personal data.

CMNG uses third-party services including WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Calendar. Data is stored securely and accessed only as required for functionality.

Google User Data Policy

Data Accessed: Our application accesses your Google primary email address and public profile information via Google OAuth.

Data Usage: We use this data solely to authenticate your identity, create your user account, and send booking confirmations.

Data Storage: Your email is stored securely in our database to manage your appointments. We do not share or sell this data to third parties.

Limited Use: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the core functionality of the CMNG service.

Google Calendar data and related metadata accessed via Google APIs are used solely for appointment scheduling, calendar synchronization, and booking confirmations.

Google user data is automatically deleted when:

  • the user disconnects their Google account from CMNG,
  • the associated business account is deleted,
  • or upon explicit user request.

Any temporary backups, if applicable, are retained only for operational or security purposes and are automatically deleted after a limited retention period.

CMNG does not use Google user data for advertising purposes or for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
